Should I get the AYN Thor if I'm new to android handhelds?

Hi all, I want to buy the AYN Thor, my use cases are:

- Run Steam games (nothing major)

- Watch YouTube while doing that

- No emulation

I have never set up any android handhelds before, and I just want something that works like 80 percent of the time, after a long day, I sit down with a bunch of snacks and play until I drop.

I also love how it looks and think it would fit into my setup, and also, can you change the wallpaper on it?

What do you guys think? Should I buy it or get another console?
