Quick version of why this exists: every async video tool I tried was built for work. Loom, that whole crowd. Nothing was built for a creator who also wanted to see the video reactions.

I am also a Yoga Teacher, and sharing a video of mine or youtube, I could not find a plattform where my students could record their reactions and its all synced up with the main video.

So I made [GhostRoom.video](http://GhostRoom.video) It's a room that stays open. A creator opens one, usually seeded from a YouTube video, and people show up whenever and leave a short video. The whole point is you don't have to all be there at the same second for it to feel like a conversation.

It's a browser recorder, no install, no signup to watch.

This feels genuinely novel, but beyond my own use case, I am looking for product testers to help me define the ICPs and PMFs.

Two things I'd actually like opinions on:

1. How could you see someone use this app?

2. The first time you hit record, where did it feel weird?

It's at ghostroom.video. Not selling anything, I just want to find where it confuses people before I let more in.

Could not find a video sharing Plattform that captured video reactions, so I build it.
