Jumping from 3.2k (Diploma) to 4.5k after getting a degree?

Right now, I am earning 3.2k as a poly diploma holder. I just finished studying for my local degree part time while keeping my full time job. Now that I have graduated, I am planning to job hop.

I am thinking of asking for 4k to 4.5k at my next interview. Since I have actual work experience and the new degree to back me up, I feel like this could be a fair jump.

Do you guys think asking for a 4.5k salary is realistic right now or too much?
