[M2F4F/GM] Escaping the cursed mall!

Today started out fairly normal, like any other day. I woke up during the early hours, got ready, and headed out in my car to scan for different abandoned sites around the area. Just recently, a failing mall had suddenly been closed up for vague reasons. Some guess it must have been for financial reasons. Others said that the structural integrity was failing, and so it had to be demolished ASAP. Whatever the case, there wasn't much time to vacate the stores before closing it up for good.

Which meant.... jackpot.

Not only was I gonna find lots of stuff to take home, but I'd have fun playing around with whatever was inside. The only problem, it seemed, was getting in. Still, nothing a crowbar couldn't help with. After finding an old door on the side, I wrenched my way in, walking through the utility rooms until there I was... right in the center of the mall, looking like it was left completely untouched.

But there was a strange feeling emanating from the place that I couldn't explain. Mannequins felt like they were looking at me. I could see shadows darting around in the corner of my vision. Nothing seemed like it was staying in the same place. Was there a gas leak? Am I going crazy? Or did I just get myself into a situation I'd soon regret?

.....

Hi! So for this RP I wanted to try out something a little more different than usual. A cursed mall! While it looks like any other ordinary mall, this one has something special....cursed objects. As it turns out, an incident relating to scarves coming to life led to an incident so bad that the mall had to be closed down for legal reasons. That's because a vengeful witch had cursed the place for refusing to honor a 2-for-1 deal on some nice shirts she was planning to buy. This curse ended up extending to mannequins and even ordinary house-hold items. All of which had transformative powers of some kind. Which wouldn't be so difficult to deal with except that the only few remaining places still around before the closure were all full of female clothing. So yeah, our protagonist is gonna learn how to escape the mall before he ends up fully transformed. In what ways? That's up to you!
