does it sound like I have a brain tumour???

hi I'm 14f 5'3 and for around a month I've had this headache that goes to my eyes my jaw my nose and the right side of my forehead I have really bad health anxiety and have basically convinced myself it's a tumour

the only possible reason I could think of why I'm getting this headache is my tmj? since when I massage my jaw the headache seems to go, I've had these tmj episodes before but I feel like I've became hyper aware of this one IF it is a tmj episode. I feel like if I nod really fast the pain gets worse and yes I have been to a doctor I did ask if she thinks it's a tumour and she said it's not but I can't stop thinking it is
