career for a bs ece graduate that has been too deep in analog design from thesis and coursework

as title said

im currently finding jobs for chip design in analog. ive dabbled a lot in one of our courses about practical circuits in cadence. as in we tested common amps (cg,cd,cs), references (bandgap), mirrors. also did compound amp for project (diff pair + cs). all of this are sized using gm/id methodology.

my undergrad thesis has something to do with rf where we tested a certain LNA's pvt performance. it's already designed. we just tested multiple biasing conditions that will reduce it's standard dev in monte carlo analysis.

honestly, i dont think i fit any of the job descriptions in job portals here in philippines. as they are asking for 3 years experience of designing. How do I move forward in this analog career. or do you think i should shift into another instead?

to add, during our coursework, i honestly did alot of iterations for sizing even though i already have the gm/id methoology plugged in my head, it just lessened it. maybe that's the part that just bad for me. but the analysis and seeing your circuit work is also gratifying. is this love-hate relationship worth pursuing in analog?
