Are we still on the same page romantically, or have we become just casual?

Relationship

I (24F) have been talking to this guy for almost a month now, and we’re long distance. In the beginning, there was a lot of flirting, teasing, and obvious interest from both of us. We went on one date, and after that, we continued talking every day and updating each other about our lives.

The thing is, lately the flirting has become really lowkey. We still message each other daily, he still updates me about random things, says good morning, and he hasn’t ghosted or disappeared. But the energy feels different compared to the beginning.

Another thing that’s making me overthink is that after a month of talking, I still don’t have his Facebook account. We only talk on one platform. Part of me thinks maybe he’s just a private person, but another part of me finds it a little strange. I’m confused because his actions don’t scream “I’m no longer interested,” but they also don’t feel as romantic as before. It almost feels like we’ve settled into being comfortable with each other, but I can’t tell if that’s a good sign or if we’ve quietly shifted into being just casual friends who talk every day.

For people who have been in similar situations, does this sound like two people who are still interested and just becoming more comfortable with each other? Or does it sound like the romantic interest is fading and we’re no longer on the same page?

Would you bring this up after only a month of talking, or would you just let things play out?
