My avoidant ex broke no contact after 2 weeks

She wanted to know "how i am doing."

The funny part is she was the one who kept saying things like "What's the point of us contacting? We should never speak ever again. It would be better for both of us, it would help us to move on and etc."

And yet yesterday she contacted me, and I bet she 99% knew what results would be, I just said I am doing alright. Then I said I see no point in dialogues like that, it seems like a cheap method to keep messaging together once in a while, but it won't have a big impact on our relationship. She said she understood if I felt bothered and would not contact me again if it's not something serious or if it's not about our relationship. I felt angry and kinda disappointed yesterday. Seriously, what was the point of that? It's like I lost all the progress of no contact
