Triple lockers around me have had no printer paper for over a month ?!

Who and how are you supposed to get them refilled. There’s one that’s Royal Mail, Evri and DPD the other is evri Royal Mail and UPS and they’ve had no printer paper for over a month now and it’s ridiculous. It’s now made worse that I don’t even get the option to print my own Royal Mail labels at home through vinted. At least eBay lets you have both to at once so I can decide to print it if there’s no labels somewhere. I assumed since I’ve dropped stuff at a locker with my own label and sent stuff they would’ve been restocked by one of the companies drivers but no nothing.
