Does anyone not get bullied at their work

Most places I've worked I've been targeted, I'm not weird I go out clubbing regularly with friends, I have hobbies, I volunteer, I'm an orphan 28 Y.O. My friends don't point out anything in my personality. Personally, I feel like I don't deserve I've been through the bad shit.

I use to work in retail and never bullied, joined accounting and I'm a target.

How do I avoid being the target, I am quiet but I do speak and have been nice to everyone and regularly converse.

How do you avoid being targeted what specific phrases make people not mess with you. Take up a boxing hobby?
