USYD or UNSW for BEng Hons Software Engineering

Hi, I'm an international student, and I've got offers of software engineering from both unis. I've checked their subreddits and most redditors there said, if you wanna study se then UNSW should be your choice, and I know UNSW is strong in Engineering, but the tuition fee for UNSW is quite a bit more expensive than USYD, also UNSW is at the suburb, and I don't like living at suburb. So I'm struggling with this decision. Any advice?
