Which will you choose?

Currently presented with these two opportunities working for US clients:

Client A:

140k net monthly
Unli PTOs
No Time Tracker
PH holidays
With HMO
Plus government benefits (13th month plus sss pagibig etc)
Needs own computer
And full EST Timezone

Client B

180k monthly
Company provided equipment
US Holidays
10 PTOs per year
Only 4 hours required overlap
Not strict in time tracking
No govt benefits
No HMO

Which of these two options do you think is the better over the other?
