Fermenting a pilsner, ambient temperature is around 65°-70°f. I pitched it pretty warm, around 90°f and let it cool.

It’s still eating. Pitched Friday morning today is Tuesday.

Also smells faintly of banana. Very faint.

Will this clean up? I am under the temperature so I know it will probably take longer.
