Anyone else really struggling to rank up this season?

So recently i decided to grind some rank out for the rewards and this season particularly has been so hard to go up during, it might just be a skill issue for me and my friend but 9 out of ten matches we play we lose because 1 or 2 people on the team are doing terrible for reference we recently had a match where our team all selected dps except me since I main support and we had a champion badge spidey and he proceeded to waste all 3 of our bans first he banned widow last second so we couldn't ban moon knight then he waited til last second to ban venom then 3rd round he banned human torch last second instead of letting us ban namor to help him since he was talking about how he was super good on Spiderman also forgot to mention the enemy team banned strange, gambit, and whitefox. All of us where communicating in text chat and voice chat trying to fix our team comp and we fix it we had a lord Emma lord thing, my friend was animated magik along with the animated Spiderman I was playing luna and the final guy was playing invis. Our Spiderman kept diving namor and dying and protested when we asked him to switch since he was 0 and 7 at the end of the first round then he proceeded to call us slurs and blamed us healers who both had over 20k healing at the end of the first round then I guess he had enough and just kept jumping off the map and ended the game 0 and 31 with 1232 damage. Anyway rant over sorry about the shitty writing.
