Hi I wanted to share my 2nd and much better attempt at making a Supra Mk5 in Lego.

**Features**

* Opening 2 doors
* Brake calipers
* Detailed racing seats with seat bottoms
* Seats 2 minifigs when seats are reconfigured
* Accurate design

**Some yap about the build that might interest you even if you may not understand it being to deep into the Lego stuff:**

It went through about 3 distinct final iterations where I've thought, "yeah it's done now".

During the design I got hung up on how this model didn't look like other Supra MK5's MOCs. I started getting somewhere design wise when I started thinking about how that's a good thing. If you look at all the models that aren't glorified MODs of the official set, imo they all have very distinct takes on every part of the car, something I think is a good thing if it doesn't come across that way.

With the rear, I find no other MOCs really bother to make it curved and add in the black of the diffuser along the bottom. Here I find overdoing all the curves on the taillights and just overall rear fit's the vibe of the real thing very nicely. Honestly I have no idea how it came together so nice regarding the numerous sections that need to be on certain angles and the fact that for a long time, I just didn't have a 'rear windscreen' tried this and was surprised I got it to work relatively compactly.

The front uses a couple inverted sections and other tricks to among other things, attempt to mimic that hooked headlight design. The hood is also quite low compared to other MOCs which makes for better proportions, and of it being on a slope again fits the sleek vibe of the car.
