Hi everyone,

I've been a Melbourne train enthusiast for a long time, and over the past few months I've been building a hobby project called **RailSnap**.

The goal is to create a place where train enthusiasts can easily share sightings, upload photos, keep track of the units they've seen, and connect with others who enjoy the hobby.

Some of the features currently available include:

* 📸 Uploading train sightings and photos
* 👀 Tracking the trains you've seen
* ❤️ Liking and commenting on other people's posts
* 👥 Following other users
* 🚆 Building a community-driven fleet database
* 🐞 Reporting bugs and suggesting improvements directly through the app

The site is still in **alpha**, and before I continue adding more features I'd really love some feedback from the Melbourne train community.

You can try it here:

[**https://railsnap.vercel.app**](https://railsnap.vercel.app)

If you're willing to help, I'd really appreciate you:

* Creating an account
* Uploading a sighting or photo
* Browsing the site and trying different features
* Letting me know if you find any bugs or have ideas for improvements

Even small bits of feedback are valuable and will help shape the future of the project.

This has been a passion project built in my spare time, and my hope is that it grows into something useful for train enthusiasts across Melbourne and eventually Australia.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I'd genuinely appreciate any feedback or suggestions. I hope you enjoy giving RailSnap a try! 🚆
