Can I really get into a mid-tier university with a 1300 sat score?

So I got my results yesterday and got 1300; and ngl I'm quite dissappointed. I feel like I could've done better. Even though I dont plan to go to a top teir university like Stanford or Harvard, I think it'd be better to score like a 1350+- for a uni like UCF. But I also don't wanna be a financial burden to my parents and I keep getting this thought that I didn't do well, and I'm not gonna go to a decent university and I'm gonna stay poor for the rest of my life. Pls help me...I dont wanna stay delusional
