Although she played limited wins the Dallas Wings w-l stats of when she is playing is interesting. This season whenever li yueru played in a game Dallas have a 9-2 w-l record and whenever she is listed as DNP or coaches decision wings have a 2-4 w-l record. See her game log attached. (Admittedly her mins are limited hence I said lucky charm)

Last season while dallas wings had a absymal season along with inexperienced coach, trades and along with series of injuries which decimated dallas wings finished tied with worst record10-34. Li Yueru played for 22 games (and started for 12 games) and had to miss rest of the season due injuries. in the games she played dallas wings finished with 8-14 record and without her they were 2-22.

Her total overall record when she appeared in dallas wings games is 17-16 w-l record.

While its true she is not a mobile center and perhaps doesn't fit the Jose Fernandez offensive system but she is a solid back up who is capable of slowing down bigs using her height getting defensive offensive n rebounds and second chances and also capable of hitting 3s. Considering Alanna Smith could be out for a while Li Yueru could get more mins and in fact she scored her highest points last game and i hope it continues.

Li Yueru Dallas Wings lucky Charm?
