Citizen BM7251-53L VS Citizen NB1050-59L

I am thinking of long term within a tight budget of ~200$. And, is the BM7251-53L is good choice OR
Shall i wait some time to let the price of NB1050-59L drop around my budget.

I need some serious suggestion guys.
Which one would you choose and why?
