The Crash - why do you think Rosie is standing by her?
Rosie and that other guy who I believe is her boyfriend, are clearly sticking by her and refusing to even consider that she is guilty. Why do you think that is?
Rosie is an influencer, so you could argue she’s doing it to be more controversial and gain more attention and views. But tbh, I don’t think that’s it. Like strategically, if she really wanted clout, would it not be smarter to turn against her and tell a sob story about how McKenzie fooled her, how she’s so horrified about what happened, like milk it that way. Unless she’s delusional enough to think she’s actually innocent or else she was delusional enough to think the Netflix documentary would somehow change public opinion and make people think she’s innocent?
It just seems weird to me that she’s remaining loyal to someone she actually was only friends with for a year. Especially as someone who wants to be famous, they want a huge following. If I was her agent or whatever I would’ve been telling her as soon as she was convicted and the evidence was heard that to build a following, she should come out and talk about how upset she is that someone she thought was her best friend could do something like that.
The only thing I can think of is that she truly believes that her friend is innocent which is just insane to me.
