Anyone else suffering a crash report of a corrupted file upon startup?

opened my game up, got a corrupted file report on a dlc that I do not have, my game still plays just fine FOR now but I have noticed small issues such as my characters body disappearing and leaving only a floating head, any plan for the devs to fix this?

already verified the files, nothings wrong with that.
