First time + Side affects

I took like 150mg of dxm on Friday around 1am (when it kicked it) and it finished around ~9am. I didn’t even get high cuz all I felt is like I was having a fever 🫩 my friend who put me on said I didn’t take enough and she’s been on it for a year now. Anyway, ever since saturday i’ve been in n out of sleep. I can’t sleep long term now without waking up at random times. Alongside this, last night, I was in and out of sleep and when texting my boyfriend, the text seemed sooo small and it felt like i was typing extremely fast than how I usually do. Or I could’ve been tweaking. But I have no idea why I’m tweaking when in the first place, I only took 150mg for my first time and didn’t even seem like I got high. I was just running with a bad fever.
