No exalted or debilitated planets in the chart

Hey! So recently I was reading a chart, aquarius lagna chart, and noticed that it had no exalted or debilitated planets, and I was just thinking what does it mean if there are no exalted or debilitated planets? So if anyone could explain the basicality of it to me it'd be helpful as I'm a total beginner in the vedic astrology scene.
