tips on climbing out of iron

Hello !! ive been hardstuck iron for the past 3 months. Im currently Iron 4 and well I need tips on how I can climb better. I have a roughly 40% winrate and I gain about 22lp and lose 18 if I lose. I usually play Midlane akali/ahri, evelynn jungle, support neeko/lux.

I was iron 1 but then i faced the worst losing streak ever that I just got into iron 4 and im hovering between iron 3 and iron 4. I genuinely do want to try to climb and I do think maybe I am the problem, but i need genuine tips on how I can be better and just get into bronze and higher for once xd
