1 year ago, a friend & I initiated a little side project: we created a YouTube channel featuring modern versions of famous kids songs and kids stories.

Our channel is now close to reaching **100k subscribers**, making ca. **6m views per month**. Fully organically. *Happy to provide proof if you're interested :)*

The biggest obstacle we had to overcome was... our own time. We had little time to dedicate to this side project, and creating + editing videos took hours. The overall video creation workflow complexity didn't help: we ended up with one tab for the script, another for the voiceover, another for AI-generated images, another for the music, another to turn the images into video scenes, then a video editor to glue it all together. Several hours gone. The annoying part wasn't any single tool - AI makes a lot of tasks easier. It was the **seams** between them.

So we created our own AI-based, end-to-end, fully automated video production tool for ourselves.

We started building the thing we actually wanted: providing lyrics or a script, pick our visual style and get a finished, fully-edited video out the other end, automatically. This is how we now manage to fuel our YouTube channel with fresh content on a very regular basis.

So now we're wondering - **what if our tool could prove useful to other creators**?

We recently turned it into a SaaS tool to make it usable to others, and called it TubeTube. What it does, plainly:

* You provide your video title + your lyrics or script (or if you're not inspired: just provide a one-sentence idea and let our AI tool write all the required content, in any language).
* You pick a visual style from 100+ presets and choose your motion direction (cinematic, anime, claymation, etc.).
* One click runs the whole pipeline: script → voiceover → music → scene images → animation → final cut.
* \~5-10 min to produce the entire, fully-edited video. Optional dubbing into other languages.

It's currently best at two things: **music/lyric videos** and **narrated story videos**. But it basically can be tested against any kind of video format.

2 decisions we're a bit proud of (as we are the first users of our tool, we can easily relate!):

* You can pick your preferred AI model at each step instead of being locked into one vendor's whole stack.
* Pricing is pay-per-use credits with a real, auditable ledger - if a step doesn't get made, that budget gets released back to you.

**The honest part:** For now, it's an invite-only private beta and it's early. There are rough edges - some style presets are stronger than others, longer pipelines occasionally hiccup, and the UI has corners we haven't polished. We'd rather you hear that from us than discover it and feel lied to.

**The ask:** We're looking for **5-10 beta-testers**, not a flood. If you make music videos, story/lyric content, any kind of video stuff, or you just like breaking AI pipelines, we'll set you up with a **private beta invite + free credits** to test TubeTube and create a few videos. In exchange we expect the brutal version: what delighted you, what confused you, what broke, what felt like a gimmick, what you'd never pay for.

If you're in, comment or DM with the kind of video you'd try to make first (a song? a bedtime story? something else?) and we'll send invites to the first handful. Happy to answer any questions about the tool too.

Thanks and looking forward to having you try our tool!

Reached 6M monthly views on YouTube thanks to our own automated text-to-video tool. Now making it available to other creators!
