The Music Scene in Helsinki

Hi, my girlfriend and I are planning to spend a week in Helsinki in September. I'm looking for some tips on where to go to see live music—primarily punk, hardcore, and metal. I'd appreciate suggestions for any clubs, pubs, squats, and garages where we could see and hear local bands. Thanks!
