should I be concerned?

so i followed my bfs other account yesterday and I was checking his reposts and replying to them he took a ss of that and posted a reel about it but he deleted it today . I asked him why he said re upload karunga , and that he gave his brother his phone and that his brother doesn't check his chats but rather his posts so should I be concerned rn? I'm genuinely very confused about this it's not that I don't trust him or something but this part is eating me up
