If the "players of the game" in Game of Thrones took over the Sepetarist council, would they be able to win the clone wars?

I've been wondering, would the scheming nobles be able to win the clone wars if they were tranported into the star wars universe, and had count Dooku on their side? Would like to know your thoughts.
