What am I doing wrong?

I have been looking for a job for almost two years and I either get nothing, or really sketchy jobs that are nothing like their job description. I recently got a CMAA (certified medical administrative assistant) credential, a B.A. in Psychology, and my background is mostly human services but also some experience admin and hospitality. I’ve been applying to healthcare admin and court/legal admin roles in NYC for months with almost no callbacks. Can anyone review my resume or tell me what I’m missing? Happy to DM it. Any tips will help. I am trying to move into healthcare or the court systems as a court analyst or aide, anything to get my foot in the door.
