Comedy dialogues that can hurt ADHD folks

While scrolling short videos, I have come across a comedy dialogue, that hurt me. Comedian says about his subordinate that this fellow thinks about pooping while eating and think about eating while pooping.

Felt like abuse of adhd people. Doesn't it ? Is it possible to keep thinking in the current task than wandering about all irrelevant thing ?
