I feel like I'm not hearing people talking about Arcane Sculptor

For those who can run it, it can be a massive QoL and when you start delving into it, it has some nice repercussions for those frames who can keep it up consistently:

1. Blind Rage suddenly has no downside. We swing from 45% efficiency to 175% efficiency. Abilities now cost a sixth of what they used to and we keep that delicious ability strength we were taking to begin with.

2. This has repercussions for other mods in your loadout. Frames that avoided Blind Rage for energy management purposes now have it as an option. In fact, it would be preferable to Transient Fortitude since that one keeps its downside. If you were taking Transient Fortitude to hit a strength threshold, taking Blind Rage now might open up Overextended.

3. If you were previously running Equilibrium and Primed Flow, you probably only need one of those now. With such an efficiency swing, we now have between 4 and 6.2 times more effective energy. For most frames, dropping Primed Flow will be the natural choice. Frames wanting purple archon shards for melee crit will want to hold onto that energy max and look at dropping Equilibrium.

4. Going from 45% efficiency to 175%, Archon Stretch now gives proportionately 4-6.2 times as much energy.

5. If you were running Nourish for energy management, you might want a different helminth now. My Gara, for instance, now has Wrathful Advance.

6. Since you can spam abilities way more, it might be that maintaining abilities (and therefore ability duration) is more flexible.

The main winners I've found so far are Vauban and Gara but I've also got my eye on Jade, Follie, Nokko, Cyte-09 (I was previously running Archon Stretch, Energy Nexus and Sharpshooter. I can now drop Sharpshooter or Energy Nexus now), Khora (depends how often you want to pop the 4, but I know Khora is seen as energy-hungry), Lavos (effects him differently because efficiency increases the cooldown seconds shaved by 1 and 3) and Mirage.

Beyond that, some helminth abilities just became a lot more valuable because they offer this arcane to a wider number of frames. Brightbonnet and Tesla Nervos stick out to me. Brightbonnet was good already and Tesla Nervos has a nice augment.
