Should I get the 12 months performance tier? Or just go for monthly pricing that i can cancel anytime

I'm not that of a hardcore gamer. I usually just play warframe and some singleplayer games on my library after work. My setup is a phone and a telescopic controller, i also have a gaming laptop at home but I don't usually play on it since I also use it for work.
