Am I being impatient

Hi so long story short , I did my DAA and passed (which is great 😊) . However I need to redo it as I didn’t get high enough in just the mechanical section. My recruiter contacted me via the portal on the 15th saying as such and whether I would like to redo it. I contacted him back the same day saying great and I would like to redo it .

It’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing from him . Absolutely nada . Haven’t even been given the portal to do it again . I’ve messaged him on the 17th asking for an update and for him to send the DAA test portal over, no reply. So I messaged him again on the 18th. Still no reply .

Is it worth it to message him again or would be more worth it to phone the recruitment team / the AFCO team.

Am I being impatient ? Are they on summer break now ?
