should i add the counselor in FB??

Hii po, just wanna ask on what do they mean by ''Take a screenshot of the FB invite to your counselor and Mapua-Cgc Page being liked & followed'', Do i add this counselor back? And btw im an incoming Civil engineering freshmen. there are 2 counselor on the docs,

AND

MAAM JB

CE (L-Z), CEM, BMCEM, CESE, ESE. GEO. GSE

who should i choose since idk yet and i have no clue what those abbreviation means
