AI SEO: Results from a Test Launch
Traffic and demand validation for: Livechataibot
(UPD - This site is currently moving to https://clics.chat/)

Results.
We tested an AI SEO approach by generating pages around search queries and tracking which keywords brought impressions and clicks to the site over a 3-month period (see screenshots).

Key Takeaways.
AI tools (I personally use Codex) are incredibly effective for launching ideas, building MVPs, and validating hypotheses.
Speed: 4–8 hours vs. 2–3 weeks with traditional development.
Cost: your own time + AI subscriptions ($20–$40/month) + server costs ($20–$80/month). Analytics were free.

Project #2: Livechataibot

  1. People are actively searching for solutions
Total search volume across the top 10 search queries:
    "live chat" — 3,827 searches
"ai live chat" — 285 searches

  2. AI for SMBs is still mostly seen as an interesting "toy".
Many business owners are curious about it, but they're not sure how to integrate it into their operations yet.
This conclusion is also based on 34 interviews I conducted with business founders.

  3. The landing page positioning isn't solving a strong enough pain point
    The result: only 4 registrations.
For reference, average conversion rates are typically around 2%.

Funnel Metrics:
CTR (clicks from impressions): 58 / 8,490 = 0.68%
Click → Registration conversion: 4 / 58 = 6.90%
Impression → Registration conversion: 4 / 8,490 = 0.047%

In other words:
CTR: 0.68%
Click → Registration: 6.90%
Impression → Registration: 0.047%
Roughly 1 registration per 2,123 impressions

Overall, I'd call these results disappointing...
At this stage, I wouldn't be comfortable scaling paid traffic.
There's still a lot of product work ahead.

More details coming soon.

As the saying goes:
"Trust AI, but don't stop thinking for yourself."
