Bpi deliquent to Constantino and associates Law

Hi ka op. Advice nmn po sa nkaexperience ng ganito.

I have deliquent bpi cc and was endorsed na po to constantino and associates Law office .I have already explained my situation that I don't have money to pay yet. Pero ganyan padin po ntatanggap ko. Forcing me to pay within 3 days and file a case if hndi ako mgbayad kaht reconsructure ..

I'm not running away my obligation it's just Im having financial hardship po. Pls someone give me an advice.
