Hiring: GST & TDS Software Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a GST & TDS Software Support Executive to provide functional support to users of TaxPower GST and TaxPower TDS software. This is a functional taxation software support role. The candidate must have a commerce background and practical working knowledge of GST, TDS, returns, challans, reports, Tally/accounting workflow and basic computer operations. The role involves understanding customer queries, guiding users in software operation, troubleshooting functional issues, explaining software features and ensuring timely support during GST and TDS return filing periods. This is not a coding, software development, software testing, networking or IT hardware support job.
