struggling after being off of birth control

hi guys. basically i started taking birth control pills when i was 14, from there i moved on to the arm implant, then the iud. im 31 now. i decided to stop taking birth control because i wanted to see how my mind and body would feel without it after being on different kinds for so long.

it’s been a little over 2 months since i had the iud removed and its been rough. extreme bloating, horrible cramps, weight gain, bad acne, super sweaty, and baaaad mood swings. its honestly been pretty miserable.

just wondering if anyone relates and has stories of it eventually getting better. thank you :)
