Can you transition with ME?

I (29) desperately want to transition ftm, but I don't want to end up severe. I jump between mild and moderate, but I've been moderate for a while now.

I don't trust any local doctors to know how it will affect my illness, because they know jack about it. The only doctor I know of in my area who does (she diagnosed me) flipped her personality when I got on medicaid, so I had to change doctors.

Anyway, does anyone have experience or an idea of what could happen if I try to do HRT and top surgery?
