Hi everyone,

I'm a 22-year-old E&C engineering graduate from tier 2 clg and I'm genuinely stuck between multiple offers. I'd really appreciate advice from people who have worked at these companies or have experience hiring candidates from them.

Current offers:

• TCS Prime – ₹9 LPA
• Infosys System Engineer – ₹3.6–4 LPA
• LTIMindtree System Engineer – ₹4–5 LPA
• Vayavya Labs – ₹4.5 LPA (3-year bond)

My long-term goal is to build a strong career in software/technology and keep good switch opportunities open after 2–3 years.

What matters most to me:

1. Learning opportunities and skill development
2. Long-term career growth
3. Salary progression
4. Brand value on resume
5. Ability to move into software development/product roles
6. Job security
7. Exit opportunities after 2–3 years

A few questions:

* How good is the training at these companies?
* How much does project allocation affect your career in each of them?
* Are freshers able to work on meaningful development work?
* What kind of hikes and promotions can realistically be expected?
* Which company would put me in the strongest position for a switch after 2–3 years?
* Is the 3-year bond at Vayavya Labs (2006 startup, headquartered out of Bangalore) worth considering for the learning opportunities?

At the moment, TCS Prime seems attractive because of the compensation, but I've heard mixed opinions regarding project allocation and growth. On the other hand, Vayavya appears more specialized, but the bond is making me hesitant.

If you were starting your career in 2026 and had these exact offers, which one would you choose and why?

Would love honest opinions, including things you wish you knew before joining.

Thanks in advance 🙏
