WHY DOES MY MAKE UP TURN OUT LIKE THIS NOW??? 

It has never looked this bad before, it "almost" looks better without foundation. My skincare routine is pretty good. I use moisturizers, serums, essences, toner, etc ... regularly, I exfoliate, and it STILL does this. 

It's never looked like this in the past and then suddenly WOOSH, horror show, every day. 

 I'm over 40, (been for awhile) This just decided to set in suddenly, UGH ... 

This is my morning routine, 

\- Wash face with mild exfoliant and moisturizing cleanser

\- Tone with rose water and pat in essence

\- Moisturize with light weight water based toner

\- Let it ALL dry

Then for make up, My previous bullet proof method was to (stick with me here - this is what I have on today) 

1) Spray Setting spray on first, and buff into skin

2) Tap on primer everywhere except my nose

3) Work in liquid foundation with a brush everywhere except the nose

4) Tap liquid foundation onto nose by gently buffing it in ( or sometimes with a sponge) 

5) Wait for it to dry

6) Spritz on setting spray again and tap it in

7) Use concealer brush to tap in under eye corrector (and concealer where needed) 

8) Wait for it to dry

9) Spritz on setting spray again and tap it in

10) Lightly dust it all with setting powder. 

I've also tried it the traditional way of only spraying on setting spray LAST and tapping with powder while wet. ( foundation / color corrector applied in the same order, but then the make up on my nose will separate and run off) 

What the heck am I doing wrong? Is it skincare techniques? Is it make up order? Too much product? Too little?
