Ovulation confirmed via progesterone blood test, but no significant rise in bbt temp

I am currently 8DPO today, and yesterday I got my progesterone blood test done. It was 11.7ng which is high enough to confirm ovulation. However I still haven’t noticed a big increase in my BBT. I’ve been told BBT is the most accurate way to confirm ovulation but idk if I’m doing it wrong or if that’s not true.

last cycle my 7DPO progesterone was 9.3ng and I didn’t get a proper temp rise til CD21. I was so sure I didn’t ovulate because that, however my period came on CD30. I’m already at Cycle day 22 so idk why it hasn’t rose.

I do use an Oura ring and natural cycles so I’m not sure if that would skew my results or not.

Should I be concerned?
