I (29M) met up with my ex gf (28F) during the weekends. But now I’m lost.

We broke up close to 2 months ago. I went into no contact but always broke it at week 2. We met on 14 May (my birthday) but things did not go well as I felt that she hated me. after my last invite on 29 May I restarted no contact.

23 days later, 21 June. Something major happened in my family. And I called her and send her a message asking if we can talk. I was not sure if she will reply but she called me.

We talked for 4 hours and that’s when she asked me to go over to her place. We drank, we talked and she initiated sex. I told her it wasn’t a good idea but I didn’t reject her. We cuddled and slept through the next afternoon and went for lunch. I briefly bring up our relationship and she said she isn’t ready to be in a relationship yet. Which I did not push further.

After we went out separate ways, we still briefly exchange a few text. With her last asking me to update her with any further info on my situation with family.

But when I updated her she did not reply and it has been 1 day.

So right now I’m confused, did I get used? She did say she not interested in other guys. Even escalated to HR when her coworker hit on her. So intimacy was the last thing on my mind when we met.
