Is there an esim that gives you a US ip address?

I am currently traveling in china and trying to hotspot to my organization issued laptop, since VPNs are blocked on the account. I can’t hotspot with my iPhone VPN turned on.

Hong Kong and Singapore IPs (which I got with all of the 3 eSIMs I tried) are blocked.

I tried out Roamless, since I read on google that it lets you change your APN, but it doesn’t seem to be working on iPhone.

Is there any eSIM at all that definitely routes to the US no matter where you’re using it from? Europe or Canada would probably work too, thank you!!
