Extender just arrived

Just arrived in the mail. Did a bunch of research before getting one off aliexpress.
Feels solid. Deep satisfying stretch. Will probably wear it for an hour today to start out and see how I feel. I work from home so I can wear this thing for 2+ hours daily easily.
Could do an early session of around 2 hours and a night session of around 2 hours.
Thoughts?

How are we looking? Am I using this thing right?
