Do anonymous, non-commercial social media users bear any responsibility for how others react to their "Likes" tab?
If I was selectively liking posts on X (formerly Twitter) just to make my "Likes" page look nice, and it unexpectedly drew a lot of attention and became a hot topic, do I—as the account owner—bear any responsibility for how people react to it?
For instance, is it normal for this to escalate into complaints like, "You shouldn't be liking this kind of post," or "The order of your likes is weird"?
To clarify, I am just an ordinary individual using an anonymous account, and I do not make any money from it.
