Going to buy used LCD deck. Need advice

Hi everyone. I going to buy lcd deck.

There are many 256gb in very good condition with SD-carts and few 512gb that have worse condition( scratched on case, sticks etc.) about the same price. Which wil be better?

Also there are offers that cheaper,but have not charger , should I consider these for purchase?
