Best platform for bitcoin backed loan?

I want to borrow (>100k) usd against my stack and want to know who folks are using for this at the moment. I don’t wanna use defi as wrapping my bitcoin would be a taxable event (plus risk of what happened with Aave last month). Based on my research to date I’m looking more closely at: 

• Ledn - Seems strongest on track record and transparency
• Strike - I like Jack Mallers
• Nexo - Seems like best rate (but don't understand the loyaltly tiers)

The rate is obviously critical, but prepared to pay slightly more to mitigate risk of an FTX-type situation.

Other things I'm looking for:

• Liquidation protection tools for price volatility
• General platform ease-of-use / simplicity
• No monthly repayments
