First time car buyer here. Overwhelmed with 2nd hand portals but also explored first hand car.

Hi, my major concern is whether I should buy a first hand car or a second hand car.

The options are-

1. 2021 Hyundai GRAND I10 NIOS SPORTZ AMT 1.2 KAPPA VTVT from at 5.28 Lac from CARS24.

2. Brand new i10 sportz amt summer edition with all accessories(camera and audio system) at 7.7 lac. It may come down to 7.5 lac on table.

3. Brand new Maruti Wagon R ZXI AGS 7.2 LAC

I work from home currently but may have to drive 100 km weekly. But once I have it, I will drive it more I guess.

Does it make sense of even thinking of buying EV(Tiago), say if I have to travel assuming 1000 km a month in the city.
