Was I a bad tank in this game?

Plat 1 tank, mainly hazard but also sigma and orisa.

During the game I thought I felt like I did good but in chat my DPS was telling there is no space but I'm not sure exactly what was I supposed to do to make space?

So based on the replay was I actually not making space for my team and is there any tips for me?
